Terms and Conditions

Cake

- Keep the cakes refrigerated, max 1 hour in non-AC room and 2 hours in AC room- Visually best within 24 hours- Made with 100% fresh cream, however for details / drawing we may use buttercream- If you have some food allergies please do ask or notice us beforehand

Payment

- Slot is only kept when full payment is done- No payment / update for 2 x 24 hours after receipt is sent is considered cancelled- Payment via transfer only

Pick Up / Delivery

- Pick up hour is 12pm to 5pm- We strongly recommend to self pick-up your cakes- Or please do order online delivery yourself (car) for easier communication- We can help to order the online delivery service (with delivery time following our schedule)- Any damage done during delivery is outside of our responsibility

Cancellation

- Request cancellation at least 48 hours before the booked date for a full refund- Any change of design / cake flavor / pick up date must also be informed at least 48 hours before- Any cancellation <48 hours will not be given a refund
